General Guidelines

• Most bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
• Cancellation fees may apply after the 24-hour window
• Non-refundable tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
• Service fees may be non-refundable
